G-Force Network is the name of the Genesys user community. It is a global network of over 4,000 customer organizations and is designed to educate, improve interaction and enhance relationships; between Genesys and our users but more importantly between network members. The network features a varied selection of programs for customers to participate in-all of which are very different, but all of which are rich in content and provide tremendous value.
Customer Innovation Awards: Nominations are open for the third annual Genesys Customer Innovation Awards. Designed to recognize global leaders in customer service, nominations will be accepted from any customer, partner, or other individual (including Genesys employees) who want to nominate a company, government agency, or educational institution for recognition.
